Terms and Conditions

I.            Returns Policy – Any product bought by a client from Optics LTD is liable for a 30 day return period, if the product is faulty or damaged upon delivery Optics LTD will collect the product and will grant a full refund. If the 30 day time period has expired then all commercial transactions involving that product are no longer valid. Should a refund be requested the client is entitled to cash, store credit or another product of equal price.

A.           Cash – If a cash refund is requested for any reason be that faulty or broken then a cash refund would be issued. Before a refund can be processed then evidence of purchase must be presented. A cash refund can come in the form of a cheque or an online transfer to the bank account used in the original purchase.

B.           Store Credit – If store credit is issued in the refund, this can be sent in the form of a voucher that can be redeemed at any point or as online credit that would be added to the user profile online.

C.           Another Product – Should the client request another product; they can get the same product or another product from the website that is less than or equal to the original purchasing price. Should the new chosen product be less than the new desired product the client is allowed to pay the difference, should the desired product be less that the desired product then the difference would be received as store credit and NOT as cash, for more information on store credit see ‘Store Credit’ under the returns policy page.


II.           Customer Service – Once all transactions have taken place and the client is unsatisfied with the service procedure such as the delivery or the help service either online or over the phone; the client can send a complaint in two forms the first being an email to the following address, Complaints@HelpDepartment.Optics.co.uk. Alternatively clients call to the complaints department directly, this number can be found under the contacts page.


III.          Delivery and Charges – Once a product has been ordered the client can select different methods of delivery,

A.           Courier – When filling out the ordering form the client has the option of a courier to deliver the product for an extra fee

B.           Regular Post – Another option for delivery is regular post, this method is included in the original price but Optics LTD takes no responsibility for any delay for delivery and condition upon arrival.

C.           Recorded Delivery – Another option for delivery is recorded delivery which will add more on to the total price like the courier option.


IV.          Prices and Payment – The prices displayed on the website are the dedicated prices for the products are non-negotiable. Should there be a problem with payment such as insufficient funds in the account then the product delivery will be halted and held for up to a week awaiting correct payment. Should the holding week should end without payment, the product will be returned to the depot and placed back up for sale.


V.           Faulty Goods – Any product bought from Optics LTD comes with a 3 month warranty, should the device have a defect with the software or device setup before use then optics LTD will collect the device for analysis. Once the device has been analyzed and a defect has been found that is not the clients fault or cause then the problem will be forwarded to the manufacturer and the client will receive a full refund. Should the device be found to have been broken by cause of the client then no refund will be processed and the client will receive the original product.


V.           Copyright - – Any copies of the website in an attempt to sell similar products under a similar name, Optics LTD will take legal action against the fraudulent website to the full extent of the law.


VII.           Data Protection – Optics LTD handles bank details, names and address of the orders. Optics LTD complies completely with the Data Protection Act of 1998 which are
  • Fairly and lawfully processed
  • Processed for limited purposes
  • Adequate, relevant and not excessive
  • Accurate and up to date
  • Not kept for longer than is necessary
  • Processed in line with your rights
  • Secure
At the end of the purchasing procedure the client will be prompted if they want to receive a new letter about promotions and offers, should the client click accept then they will receive a news letter to the specified email address every month until they click the stop link contained in each email
